HempWorx CBD for Autism Testimonial

Not sure where to start! My son, Matthew, has Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and a sensory disorder. At night, he would pace, same time every night!! Would not adjust to any change in routine, everything had to be just so!! A few weeks ago I started him on the CBD oil. BEST decision that I could have made!!! His teachers have commented on the changes with him!! Was actually able to take him to a movie, without having to leave early!! He has been taken off most of his meds, still takes his VyVanse. He is almost like a typical 15 year-old!! Thank you (HempWorx Affiliate)! Without you, I would have never tried this!!

CBD Benefits – Research into Cannabidiol (CBD) as an Alternative Therapy http://iheartdrops.com/cbd-benefits/cbd-benefits-research-into-cannabidiol-cbd-as-an-alternative-therapy/ http://iheartdrops.com/cbd-benefits/cbd-benefits-research-into-cannabidiol-cbd-as-an-alternative-therapy/#respond Tue, 13 Mar 2018 22:27:52 +0000 http://iheartdrops.com/?p=295 A Guide to Understanding Cannabidiol

Weed, Cannabis, Marijuana - these are interchangeable terms that have become quite popular in modern society. While many people associate these names with those so called "junkies" that continue to use these substances to get "high," many people have other uses for the Cannabis plant. The medicinal properties of the Cannabis plant have gained a lot of popularity lately, contributing to a number of potential benefits in the human body.

The pace of research into cannabidiol (CBD) as an alternative therapy is nothing less than explosive. It’s as if every day, a new exciting avenue of CBD study is presented in the mainstream media and through scientific publications. Although still in the early phases of study, the evidence continues to mount in favor of CBD as a new and powerful alternative medicine.

Just what does the current body of research say about the potential of this increasingly popular cannabinoid? The possible therapeutic applications for CBD oil is broader than you could ever imagine. Here are just a few of the most compelling areas of study.

Anti-Anxiety Properties

In both animal and human trials, CBD has shown substantial evidence that it could be a powerful anti-anxiety therapy. In particular, it seems to have benefit for people suffering from Social Anxiety disorders. In a relatively recent placebo-controlled study published in 2010, the data concluded that CBD significantly reduced subjective anxiety.

Stimulates Neurogenesis

Once in adulthood, there are only two areas of the brain that continue to develop new neurons: the subventricular zone (relevant to the central nervous system) and the subgranular zone (relevant to the hippocampus area). Cannabidiol has shown promise for triggering neurogenesis within the hippocampus area, something which could have enormous ramifications for the treatment of psychological disorders like depression. In brain imaging, people suffering from depression typically have much smaller hippocampus regions than their peers. Through neurogenesis in the hippocampus region, CBD seems to have antidepressant-like effects.

Anti-Inflammatory

One of the most studied properties of CBD oil, is its powerful anti-inflammatory characteristics. Inflammation is theorized to be the underlying basis for many challenging diseases, including autoimmune disorders, arthritis, Alzheimer disease, hypertension, and even type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Through its interaction with and inhibitory effects on human endocannabinoid receptors, CBD seems to play a pivotal role in reducing inflammation at a cellular level.

Blood Pressure Control

Exploratory studies are underway examining if CBD could be an effective and all natural way to control blood pressure. In a recent publication, from the summer of 2017, researchers discovered that “ that acute administration of CBD reduces resting blood pressure and the blood pressure increase to stress in humans, associated with increased heart rate.” In particular, the research seems to point to the ability of CBD oil on vasorelaxation, or the tension in the walls of blood vessels.

Anti-Tumour

Finally, alongside other famous cannabinoids, CBD is proven to be a capable anti-cancer agent, at least in the initial laboratory studies. There is more and more research pointing to the potential of CBD to inhibit cancer cell growth, metastasis, and migration. It has been evidenced in more than one type of cancer cell as well, including colon, breast, brain, bladder, lung and many others.

With the broad spectrum of study, CBD oil as a therapeutic alternative shows clear promise. Every day more evidence is published, demonstrating the underlying ways through which CBD oil can work within the human endocannabinoid system to promote total health and wellness.

A Guide to Understanding Cannabidiol

Weed, Cannabis, Marijuana – these are interchangeable terms that have become quite popular in modern society. While many people associate these names with those so called “junkies” that continue to use these substances to get “high,” many people have other uses for the Cannabis plant. The medicinal properties of the Cannabis plant have gained a lot of popularity lately, contributing to a number of potential benefits in the human body.

Understanding The Compounds Of Cannabis

The Cannabis plant species consist of numerous compounds, each playing their part in the effects that the plant has on the human body. There are quite a large number of different natural chemicals found in the Cannabis plant – in fact, more than 400 different natural chemicals have been identified in these plants. Only approximately 60 of these chemicals, however, are unique to the Cannabis plant species. These compounds are called cannabinoids.

Amongst the many cannabinoids found in the Cannabis plant, two particular chemicals usually stand out when it comes to scientific studies and when looking at the medicinal properties of the Cannabis plant. These two compounds include:

  • Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)
  • Cannabidiol (CBD)

THC is the compound that is known to cause a person to experience the well-known “high”, while CBD is the component recognized for its numerous medicinal properties. CBD does not cause the same psychoactive or “high” effect as people experience when they utilize a strain of Cannabis that contains a high THC level.

Cannabidiol – What It Is And How It Works

As explained, Cannabidiol is one of the major components that make up the Cannabis plant, along with Tetrahydrocannabinol. The cannabinoids found in the Cannabis plant species interact with the Endocannabinoid System in the human body, which consists of cannabinoid receptors. With THC, the compounds have direct interaction with the two primary cannabinoid receptors in the human body, known as CB1 and CB2. Cannabidiol, on the other hand, does not have the same interaction with the human body.

When Cannabidiol is consumed in the body, it instead causes the activation of receptors that are not directly related to the Endocannabinoid System, as well as certain ion channels. Some channels in the body that is receptor-independent can also be affected by the Cannabidiol component.

Some of the particular receptors that Cannabidiol components have been found to interact with include:

  • Serotonin receptors
  • Vanilloid receptors
  • GPR55-orphan receptors
  • PPARS-nuclear receptors

What Are The Benefits Of Using Cannabidiol?

A large number of studies have been conducted to provide more data on the potential therapeutic and medicinal properties of Cannabidiol. One study, published in the Journal of Cannabis and Cannabinoid Research, confirmed that Cannabidiol is a safe holistic approach to the treatment of several ailments in the human body, with common side-effects only including mild complaints about possible diarrhea, appetite changes, and tiredness. When compared to the possible side-effects produced by other treatment approaches, including pharmaceutical drugs, Cannabidiol acts as a safer approach due to a less significant side-effect profile.

Let’s take a look at some studies conducted to prove the effectiveness of Cannabidiol for the treatment of particular disorders and health ailments:

  • A study by the New York University School of Medicine explains that several studies have provided evidence of the effectiveness in using Cannabidiol to treat neuropsychiatric disorders, including panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and social anxiety disorder.
  • A study by the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy provided evidence that Cannabidiol can assist with efficiently reducing both pain and inflammation symptoms associated with arthritis. Immune cell infiltration, synovial membrane thickening, joint swelling and spontaneous pain are particular areas of symptoms that were significantly improved through the use of a transdermal CBD application.
  • A study by the Royal Derby Hospital Centre provided evidence that the acute administration of Cannabidiol compounds assists with reducing blood pressure amongst a group of participants.
  • A review paper by the University of Louisville School of Medicine explains that Cannabidiol is also a useful method for treating some forms of epilepsy. It should be noted that patients treated with medical Marijuana should be closely monitored by a physician, however.
  • A review paper by the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Medicine explains that Cannabis and the Cannabidiol compounds found in these plants has potential benefits for cancer patients as well. Symptom management can be eased with the use of these substances, such as the risk of anorexia, as well as nausea, vomiting, depression, insomnia, and pain.

The CBD-THC Interaction

Recreational Marijuana use is common throughout the world. The Foundation For A Drug-Free World reports that it is estimated that approximately 3.8% of the worldwide population uses Marijuana – with the majority of these individuals using the plant for recreational purposes. When it comes to the use of Marijuana, some people do tend to experience adverse reactions to the THC content found in the plant – common adverse reactions include mood alternations, which can induce anxiety, as well as paranoia.

For those experiencing these adverse reactions, CBD may be a great way to reduce their sensitivity to the effects of THC, and allow the individual to experience a high without those potential adverse reactions. This is because CBD is known to counteract some of the psychoactive effects, often referred to as toxicity, produced by THC in many individuals.

Conclusion

Cannabis is a popular plant that has many uses. For some, it is a substance for experiencing psychoactive effects, but for others, Cannabis holds medicine value that helps them overcome pain, anxiety, nausea and many other potential health problems they may be experiencing. The major components of Cannabis, including THC and CBD, are responsible for the numerous effects that the plant has within the human body. In this post, we provided an overview of Cannabidiol, in particular, looked at how this compound interacts within the human body, and we also mentioned some of the most potential benefits Cannabidiol yields to the human body, based on scientific research.

HempWorx CBD for Autism Testimonial

My daughter just turned 4 and she was diagnosed with Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder- seeking and anxiety. We have been working fortnightly since she was 2 1/2 with her Child psych and OT and have seen her come out of her shell, however we’re getting closer to her going to big school and she is still triggering for complete sensory meltdowns- I was at a point where was too scared to leave the house with the kids because I didn’t know who would trigger and what the effects would be. I wanted to help her and we used CBD oil for the first time back in January…. I gave it to her on a stressful day full of Dr’s and hospital appointments which would have seen several meltdowns by the end of the day, it wasn’t till we got home that I realised there had been no meltdowns, not even a temper tantrum or whinging session… I was blown away. Several weeks on we still haven’t had any meltdowns. We do get tantrums but that’s just like normal kids. The seeking isn’t so bad, in fact she only needs to wear her chewing necklace when she feels stressed or overwhelmed and she isn’t biting her fingers anymore. She’s sleeping though and waking feeling rested, she can focus and has started reading and writing, this has changed our world. I now don’t feel so scared for her or her future and that’s a massive relief.

HempWorx CBD Pain Management & Much More!

I started looking into CBD about a year ago due to poor pain management of my arthritic knees. I never really knew how to order it or if what I ordered would be the real deal. I tried hemp oil without success. Then a co-worker told me about Hempworx CBD. I decided to look into Hempworx. Read the information on their site, read some testimonials, saw there was a 30 day money back guarantee & figured what did I have to lose. I started Hempworx CBD oil on 2/12/18, 3 weeks ago today. These are the things I have noticed………
1. Blood pressure normal – stopped bp meds
2. Hair growing back in on my head where alopecia is & this is without my usual kenalog injections in my scalp
3. My thyroid medication is reduced for the first time ever
4. I sleep deep & feel more rested.
5. Sense of well being increased & I am starting to feel like me again.

I recommend trying it…30 day money back guarantee….you receive a positive experience & quality of life improvement or you return unused portion & get your money back!!!
